No parties or events allowed. No smoking inside the cabin. No pets allowed on furniture or beds. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12. All children must be closely monitored around the hot tub. No unregistered guests allowed. Any additional guests not on the reservation will incur a $100 per night fee. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms or hot tub. Please respect check-in and check-out times. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. Please load and run the dishwasher before you leave. Please place trash in the outside bins before you leave. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. The house is on a septic system. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper, including wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, etc. down the toilet. Weight limit for outdoor play-set is 120 pounds Dogs will be crated when guests are not at the cabin and on a leash if they are outside. No dogs under 1 year old are allowed.
